MY Fitness Hub - Gym in Lucknow - Lucknow, India

I lost 20 kgs within a span of 10 months and I owe credits to "My fitness hub team" especially my trainer Mr Arun Pratap Singh. Thank you so much Arun Sir for pushing me to train harder than I would ever push myself. Arun Sir continually inspired me to try things at a level higher than where my comfort zone lay and it helped me see results which I wasn't able to do earlier. His legs and back exercises have given me very good results which I never expected. His guidance and motivation has been a key instrument in my transformation journey to fitness.Thank you Sir for being my coach, friend and inspiration! I would also like to thank Saurabh Sir who is the owner of the gym. He gave me a very effective diet plan and was always available if I had any problems. The zumba classes by Ashwin Sir were stress busting with a great cardio session. He also guided nicely in core exercises . Rahul sir also gave good guidance and help.

I've been training at my fitness hub Lucknow for a while now and my progress is astounding. The gym has all the best equipment and a very well trainer staff that helps you in every way possible. The owner saurabh singh is a very professional and experienced man who has been very helpful in everything and always motivates us to push our limits. The gym is spacious and very hygienic and also offers very good consultation and advice regarding diets and workout plans. 10/10 recommended for every fitness freak to check this place out as the staff and the place will never disappoint you. Nice place for indoor workout, equipped with all necessary gym machines. Trainers are good but need more intractive with male members, they are often more busy with female members except trainer Mr Mayank Yadav.

This place is best for beginners and trainers are also very good and supportive

Staff and the ambience of the gym is good and the equipment here are helpful where you can workout in a positive aura. Side by side people are helpful and will give advices related exercise and diets.

The owner doesnt switch on the ac. If you will ask he will start crying about the bill. according to him the ACs are to be switched on only when more than 10 members are present otherwise you die in this heat of the season. Gym is not worth the amount. They are just fooling the local people who stay around and doesn't have any other option nearby.
