New machines are great. Trainers are sincere. Gym is open till late hrs up to 11: 00 PM. Cardio section is best in the city. Proper space is available for walking lunges and separate floor for stretching exercises. Best for workout.

Updated machineries. Good location. Steam bath available. Trainers are friendly. Aerobics not available now. Place for open yoga available. Need to have more space for exercises.
