Sathya Rai sir is the best and the only reason y people are visiting from long distance. Apart from sir we have following concerns... In opd : Most of the times the equipment like bp machine,gluco meter doesn't work... In IP : 1.facilities in personal patients chambers are not up to the standards of billing amount we paid as my father got admited in March 2019. 2.housekeeping is below standard.working staff should be taught with how to behave n talk to patients n the one staying with patient. 3.Radiology scan film and summery are entirely different. Film shows the problem exit but summery says everything is fine...this issue I personally experienced twice in my dads case. Finally the bottom line is apart from sathya Rai sir there is nothing else worth for the money we r paying in the hospital...request to take care of the following issues.
