MWC Club by Downtown - Gym in Chengalpattu - Chengalpattu, India

It was a memorable day. We had our baby shower function there. We cherished every moment at MWC Downtown Club hall. The management team did a wonderful job. All arrangements were more than what we had expected. The restaurant service was commendable with excellent food for breakfast and lunch. Thank you team.

Food quality, ambience are fine. Require improvement on variety and service. Scope of menu price improvement also is there

Expensive and noisy bar. Thanks to the "upgrade" by Downtown, it has lost its club touch and become a disco bar. Stopped going there. Huge personal savings

This is a good experience with a beautiful landscape.... facilities are also excellent....wish to drop in again....

Restaurants have many options of food. Taste is good. Discount for members.

Breakfast is not good. No variety in breakfast. Bad service. DTH hasn't been reached for past one month. When we asked them to recharged they simply replied as some technical issue. But its actually not. When we started demanding, the staffs showed their inability of doing things as their Senior management doesn't care about this. I think they have a thought of not doing this as we will check out the next day morning. The room are full of mosquitoes. AC makes noise. Not meeting the temperature set as well. Booked for Dual occupancy, but amenities provided is for single occupancy. Not worth paying.

A private club for short rejuvenation. To be a member, you need to pay 20K / year to access all the things (gym, swimming pool, etc). May not be a suitable place for family outing. You can spend some time on this place during weekends.

Went there with my wife at around 9:45 pm due to a shortage of restaurants opening late in Mahindra World City. There was literally just one server attending to one table at that time. No one greeted us or even saw us enter. Tried waving at the server to get his attention to no avail. We went and seated ourselves at a dirty table with leftover food since that was the only one available, hoping the staff would notice and promptly clean up. 7 minutes later, the server walks up to us and says the kitchen is closed. This seemed odd to me since the restaurant mentions on the menu card and also on Zomato that they're open till 10:30 pm. Called the manager and asked him about the timing and he repeated the same thing. When confronted him about the long wait time before being approached, he went on to deny that we were even waiting. By this time I had gotten fed up and told him that this was a poor display of customer service, which he promptly agreed with an "Ok sir" And we left that night, hungry but with a bitter taste in my mouth. NEVER going back again!
