The hospital is an ideal experience to go through! If at all one has to go to one. Perfect ambience, personal attendance, quick deliveries and state of the art equipment & technology to check one out. And ofcourse the doctors exude competence & confidence in equal measure. Their thought of giving time to each patient listening & then explaining the prescription was seen to be believed!

I am satisfied with the treatment provided, the service and the competence of the doctors. The medical staff is extremely polite and friendly. The test results are prepared as soon as possible. The staff creates all conditions for the most comfortable stay in the Hospital.

Very bad experience with this clinic, Doctors are not punctual, booked appointment at 6pm , doctor came at 7pm, taking more consultant fee and I consulted ENT,she not knowing how to talk with patient itself. For ur reply, We called for appointment,they told different timing,2pm first,6pm,8pm and again called and told 6pm,after I went there they again telling 8pm.Why this much confusion with staff ? please maintain a proper register when patient booking appointment.Staffs asking us when u booked appointment. It's really heartbreaking,why u lieing with timing,I saw the timing and went inside,as u can't show footage whatever u were telling won't become true. If doctor having problem,u may inform us before itself.i have cancelled the appointment.please respect others timing also we too have some work,try to understand. For few min consultant ,I felt that fee is huge...

I am one of hospital patient undergone stomach laparoscopic surgery for acute appendix problem by DR Narayanswami specialist in surgeon (Laparoscopic). Now I recovered well. Getting appointment for him his difficult that should be made prior days itself. Staff nurse are ok. Some times lift makes problem, Create new spare lift for Emergency purpose. Due to hospital lies in ECR road accessibility is easy, late night they close main entrance for security reasons.

Excellent service from all departments of this hospital from doctors, nursing sisters, X - ray department, room service and to canteen. Especially Dr. Malayalathan has carried out an operation for my mother who is 87 years old for her shoulder dislocation with fracture. He is so good, benevolent. My mother has been given a medical first aid in a famous hospital and advised not to disturb her with operation because of her age. But Dr. Malayalathan has advised us to go for the operation and operated her successfully. Thank you very much Doctor. She may be too old in the eyes of others. But she is my mother and you have given the best service to her.

I had a very pleasant experience with MVR Hospital, Puducherry. I had gone for a routine health check-up and was impressed with the staff and the way they dealt with my queries. The check-up was done in a very professional manner and I was provided with all the information I needed. The hospital is located close to the beach and the staff is approachable. They also have a lot of information about the services they provide. The doctors and nurses were extremely helpful and polite. I would definitely recommend this hospital to anyone looking for good treatment.

Great experience as a first timer. The services that I received from MVR Medical Centre is excellent. Operation team and nursing team are very friendly and ensure that I am properly informed about my Health & care, room service, house keeping to patient is excellent. Very important thing is that giving positive vibes to the patient before giving treatment where half of the treatment is done by them, which I have experienced from Doctors. Excellent in every way.. Made to feel very comfortable throughout and the doctors physicians and surgeons were able to guide me well both in medical and non medical terminologies. The nursing team was supportive knew the job and not hesitant in any way I've this similar experience in every visit of mine. Very professional and at all times made to feel safe and confident.
