Very hygienic beautiful and comfortable hospital at a calm and quiet place. Well qualified experienced and patient friendly Doctors. Some of the staff at the reception and blood testing counters are performing and behaving in a substanterd level and perishing all the good will of the reputed institution.

My experience with this hospital, where my father has been a patient since its inception, has taken a disappointing turn. Initially, the service was commendable, but lately, it has declined significantly. The staff at reception and the lab collections units are unhelpful, and the doctors seem careless, disregarding our time commitments. During a lab test, I mistakenly provided an old sheet, and the response was far from satisfactory. Instead of a simple cancellation and refund process, I was sent back and forth between the lab and reception, ultimately leading to frustration. Having visited various private hospitals in different places, I must emphasize that this hospital's standard has fallen below even that of government hospitals. For anyone dealing with cancer-related issues, I strongly recommend seeking care at a different reputable private hospital. This facility seems to adopt a regular government hospital model while charging luxury private hospital prices. Overall, it has been a deeply disappointing experience.

Best hospital facility in the area for all kinds of cancer related treatments. Highly specialized and experienced doctors. Place is well kept. It has a unique architecture and a calming hospital atmosphere. Place is equipped with a cafe at its center and a canteen at the back. Doctors and staff are very friendly. Whoever manages this place knows their craft and deserves to be appreciated.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the treatment provided by Dr. Sajeevan K V and the overall conduct of MVR Hospital during my father's battle with malignant melanoma over the past 10 months. Under Dr. Sajeevan's guidance, we opted for immunotherapy, undergoing 17 doses as recommended. Despite these efforts, my father developed brain lesions, leading to the suggestion of radiation therapy. Unfortunately, the side effects of radiation had a severe impact on my father's behavior, prompting a distressing incident during his hospital stay. With only my mother present for his care, my father wandered outside his room, sitting on the floor. In response, Dr. Sajeevan approached my mother, berating her and insisting that the hospital does not handle such mental cases, demanding our immediate departure. My mother, a 65-year-old woman, was taken aback by Dr. Sajeevan's abrupt and insensitive behavior. Throughout the entire treatment course at MVR Hospital, Dr. Sajeevan failed to exhibit the expected dignity and consideration befitting a medical professional. His actions were particularly distressing given my mother's already fragile state, grappling with the trauma of my father's treatment. I strongly urge the hospital administration to implement necessary measures, including proper training for doctors, emphasizing the importance of empathy, humanity, and respectful conduct. Patients and their families deserve to be treated with decency and compassion during such challenging times, and it is crucial for medical professionals to uphold these standards.

The hospital's administration and staff demonstrated a terrible example. Despite booking a doctor's appointment a week in advance and arriving on time, I was given token number 24. After a lengthy wait, I was directed near the doctor's cabin but left waiting for an hour. When I inquired, the staff claimed they were following a sheet, not the appointment order. Despite my request, they never called me until the last person was served. A frustrating system with cultureless employees--wouldn't recommend this hospital if you value your time.

I really wanted to write about the best patient service we ever got. Thanks to each and every staff who with their compassionate words and gesture filled our heart today. We just went there for an OP check up with Prasanth Sir but really wondered why few guys commented some negative reviews regarding patient care. The sister who is in the patient desk, the one who patiently scanning the documents, attendees, security chettamar all have compassionate heart I guess.

Well maintained and good infrastructure. The hospital architecture and interior designs are amazing with an ambience which makes one feel very comfortable and pleasant. Also the cleanliness and hygiene is another highlight.
