It has been now nearly a month since my last review and yet the Mutterfly team has not even bothered to drop a formal communication about resolving my issues. Never ever rent from them. They may have been good once upon a time but clearly do not have the capabilities to successfully service their customer now. Not only that, I believe they are employing quick fix solutions and their gadgets stop working when you actually need them.
I would not AT ALL recommend renting from them. Highly unprofessional. It has been more than a month and I have received no update on my security deposit. They are quick to ask for payments but take no care when a customer runs into a problem. Their Go-pro stopped working and I ended up with 15 mins worth of trek across 18 days. I rented from Mutterfly Mumbai. Highly unprofessional.
I rented Gopro hero 10, the delivery process was smooth and got the security deposit within 2 hours from returning the product. Definitely will recommend if someone planning to rent gadgets.
Picked up a PS4 controller for Rs350/day incl. GST. The delivery charges were Rs450 so opted out of it. Security deposit was Rs1500. Hassle free experience apart from the whole pick up and drop thing. Lil expensive considering local stores rent a PS4 for Rs300/day but limited stock so in the time of need mutterfly came to rescue.
Horrible service!! Booked a delivery for Sunday, spoke to customer care three times during the week and all confirmed delivery on Sunday. Waited the whole day without any info. Finally managed to get a local contact number and was informed that there is no delivery on Saturday and Sunday. Pathetic experience at the start. Update: the machine they were delivering was inferior to what was posted on website.
The PS4 which I got was working perfectly in condition. I used it for a month. There was proper pickup and delivery done on the product. The point of contact was available to help me resolve issues. There was a slight mismatch in the games I wanted and the available working ones. But they did provide me with an extra game to resolve it. Happy being a customer of Mutterfly. Keep it up guys!
Initially there was a bit of a hiccup in the verification process but the team was very quick in providing a resolution to the problem and they also upgraded my rental equipment at no extra cost which was a very kind gesture ! The equipment I received was as good as new and well kept they sent in all accessories a go pro can probably need including a memory card reader and mounts all in all it was a very good rental experience on time delivery and on time pick up !
Worst service ever . I have rented 5d mark lV with lens as it showing available on site . On next day team call me asked cancel as they don't have equipment. It was very unprofessional to cancel the order last minute . I have wedding to cover next day . Even I notice last time when they have sent me the equipment, it has tag of different company(perfect equipment and rental services) to any professional photographer please do not trust Mutterfly as your assignment will be at toss as they can cancel the order anytime
