From it's top view it's worthy of rating 5..But while in my way I didn't saw any Road direction indicators and faces problems.. Google map not helps in many places on the way.. I can't go up to mountain peak.. The travel path was not even visible because of the grass growths more than 2 mtr. height& it was dangerous also.. If we get any local support it's good for the trekking.. We didn't find anyone on the way for an enquiry..
A serene land...not much peep knows about this place..there are 3-4 viewpoints to see muthukoramala(information from locals)..i choose this way because my friends home was in yendayar so he helped me a lot to discover this gem..it was literally a peaceful vibe. If the climate is good you will get a nice view of idukki, wagamon, a glimpse of kochi & alappuzha(beach)..so you can imagine the height!...just be careful because the grass has grown to a height more than we can imagine..go with a machete..it will be wise..never go on a rainy day... dangerous & mostly slippery. Be safe. Ps- there is an approximate walk of 2hrs to get on top..& always carry water with you...else you will b thirsty like hell.
A peaceful mind yo got from here A beautiful hill station to explore and relax.Peoples are like to explore or love to walk select this destination definetly.one of the most highest peak in Kottayam District of kerala.It is covered with full of trees,grasses,rocks.Highly explorable place.Come with your friends or with family can able to walk. Must add water and food to your plan package. The time to visit this place is in between summer and monsoon season.Must come and explore the beauty of nature.

Muthukora mala hill view station in poonjar near kaipally kottayam... Kerala.....Beautiful and dangerous trekking place... Road to muthukora mala is not good.. Few areas are concreted & few areas are like off road... Need to climb the hill.... Risky place.. View from the top is awesome. Bring food & water if needed....around 30 to 40 minutes of climbing...
Very Beautiful and scenic place near kunnony, poonjar. Must visit if you like a little bit of trekking and climbing. The trekking is a bit hard but the view from the top is worth it. In my opinion the most easiest way with less walking distance is through chathanplappally. If you are on a bike or off road vehicle you could reach more farther, and the trekking will only take less than one hour and half to reach the top. Remember to carry water and snacks with you.
