Very good experience with staff and the doctor. Recently, we went for an emergency after an accident case. Dr.Muthu Retnam guided through mobile to take all scans & first aid till he was able to reach here. Before surgery, we were given a very clean room, which was regularly cleaned. The room had a TV, attached toilet, and a wardrobe facility. Nurses, In house doctors, saloon facility, physiotherapist provided good service in the room directly. Information related to Brain Surgery was well guided by doctors and asked to pay the advance before hand. After surgery, ICU care was good with cleanliness and proper attention. Then we were given the same room as before. Physiotherapists provided the service regularly. This enables the patient to improve their hand and leg movement well after the Brain surgery. After surgery, the discharge procedure was convenient as we had paid the full amount in time. Overall, we received a good and trustful experience with the hospital. I wish all the patients have the same comfortable experience and Pray that everyone gets well. Our family thank the Dear doctors, nurses, hair stylist, Physiotherapist, Janitors, and all other Enablers from our hearts. Tips to OP patients - Ensure to call the reception (before 6AM in the morning) to enquire about doctors available timing and get the token number. Hospital has wheelchair accessible entrance, lifts. Car parking facility is available near building 4. (few distance in west direction from the hospital entrance). Car parking facility is good.

My wife jehatha.age 30yrs we bought her to muthu neuro centre for treatment 16/11/2023. She was not able to move her hands and feet. She was only able to speak.Dr muthu retham sir advised us blood tests and MRI scan. He explained us that the problem was that she had decreased potassium which caused paralysis. She was immediately shared with medication and she was gradually able to move her hand and feet and now she has completed recovered. I am thankful to Dr.muthu retnam,duty doctors and staff for taking good care of her.
