Really loved the service. Booked my new vehicle Honda Elevate. The sales people have explained about the product features so minutely. Mr Hari was so supportive. The kind of service he extended during holidays for my vehicle delivery was remarkable.

Beware of this money looting service centre. High charges rated for works. Not transparent to the customers. In my experience two things we should note before pay money to them 1 always ask service estimate before the work starts.In my case I got service estimate on the date of delivery only. They are deliberately make delay in preparing the estimate. It is tricky way to cheat us. If we ignore this they will add some work and charge us high price. 2 Check the tax invoice before the payment. They issued me a repair estimate on the date of delivery and charged me the full amount in that. I noted this on the next day only.When I asked them regarding this they issued me a tax invoice on the next day of delivery for the same amount. They charged me approximately 24000 rupees for the service. It is very high price. The service adviser not ready to answer our queries regarding the rates of work or tax invoice issues.

Very bad Honda showroom and service in kollam. I bought a car from here, they are hiding all cash discounts and offers here, when we know this and ask them about it they will give 10% of the whole discount/offer amount. Their behavior is very rude and if you need to take or not ? that manner. Honda need to manage these guys without any delay. I was giving my car there for periodical services, they are informing 6000/- first and after work finished they will charge more than 10,000/- they are looting our pockets and adding unnecessary items/works in our bills without our confirmation. Always I was paying there more than 10 to 14K in all the services, so now I stopped to visit there. Also recently in my family we bought an elevate from another well known Honda dealer. Fully satisfied from there. In kollam no clean no neat workshop area, washing area, even washrooms etc

Very nice experience....I purchased 4th Gen Honda City through Muthoot Honda. I give 5* rating for their excellent service... Thanks a lot... Mothoot Honda Team.

Be respectful and polite to employees Avoid personal attacks and vengeance Offer suggestions for improvement Giving extra work time , which makes employees uneasy reaching home,having their minimum sleep And lazy during day time , feeling like dumb.....

Very inconsiderate behaviour from the staff. It's better to get the vehicle repaired from outside rather than from this money looting so called authorised service center. Even for small repairs, they quote a very high amount. Don't waste your hard earned money here and feel cheated.

One of the worst car servicing agency. I wish Google should have negative stars My Honda Jazz met with a crash and same was repaired and repainted with Muthoot Honda kollam. After one month I saw slights bulges over paint surface and intimated the service team. The service executive intimated that it's due to paint overlapping and no issue with that. Later after some years the paint started broken from its body part and when I complained regarding this to service manager Mr. Rahul I got pathetic replies. Worst car service I have ever visited.

Worst customer experience. Have been waiting for 1 hour to meet the representatives. No proper allocation of staffs and we need to run behind each executives to cordinates for any queries
