What a scenic beauty !! The best and most recommended route to Ooty. Passes through 3 states and den forest ranges. Covers Wayanad wild life sanctuary and Mudumali Tiger Reserve. Highly recommended route for nature and adventure lovers.
The journey through the Muthanga - Bangalore road is really awesome. Personally I really enjoyed the ride and beauty only .The other thing is that always carefull about the animals though. I think late night travel through here is prohibited and little dangerous too.
This place even offers 1hour jeep tour for watching animals at their natural habitats, Saying that please don't keep your expectations high as chances of seeing them're almost nil. Suggest driving towards waynad- Mysore highway to spot more animals and skip this tour.
Whatever stress you have, a ride through this forest will ease everything. Freshest air I ever breath is in this woods. Everyone will enjoy the peace in this wild. You will also get visual treat with abundant wild animals including deer, elephant, tiger etc. Follow the rules and enjoy the serine nature without disturbing it.
