The rooms were smelly. The pillow covers & bed sheets were full of stains. God knows whether they clean them on a regular basis or not. The food that they serve in their restaurant is horrible.
Entire this Hotel is dirty, not cleaning, smelling like will do bomete. I visited and canceled even will not stay this hotel if it's offer free stay... When asked questions for cleanliness behaviours are extremely rude and makes you feel very unsafe in this hotel... rooms are very pathetic... better to stay in railway station than to stay in this hotel....

DONT PAY UPFRONT If I could rate 0 I would, booked through Agoda after reading positive reviews, we arrived and the staff were rude and refused Wi-Fi and the rooms were awful. Windows didn't lock with no blinds, another window was hanging off letting bugs into the room. Electrical sockets hanging on and burn marks up the wall. The washroom was filthy, toilet had shut stains in it, the bucket was full of filthy old water. The bedroom storage was full with old dirty clothes and moths flew out when I opened it. We left and was refused a refund, we booked for 4 nights and have lost over $100. Save yourself the agro and money.
Never stay in this hotel, uncooperative and rude staff, very bad service , rooms, toilets and washrooms are dirty. Even upon request the services are not provided despite many reminder. One of the worst experience staying here.

This hotel is 300mtr Away from Railway station, Lowest Rooms Low buget rooms in Mathura city, But rooms are in bad condition, Smell comes from Each thing seems like it not cleaned from long time. Room was average.It is located in a noisy area.So in night we will wake up in horn & vehicle sounds.Fan was working very slow in the summer climate. So receptionist suggested to switch on cooler. But it was throwing warm air from outside. So i didn't get proper sleep.Bathroom was of poor quality. Paint was peeling & falling. Facility given for spraying water in closet was the only thing i liked.TV wire has been cut & in disconnected condition. Bedsheet, pillow cover & woolen sheet is of poor & old reused quality. Bedsheet has holes in between.But i managed bcoz i have gone there to take darshan of RadhaKrishna. RadheRadhe HareKrishna
