Pathetic service! I had to visit the hospital thrice in a month only to get the wrong eye power prescribed by the doctor. They have forcefully made me wear higher than required power. They don't even care about the patient's condition. Even if they had prescribed me with the wrong power, they were initially not accepting it. I used to get my eyes checked here ever since I've got specs but not again. Also, one of the staffs was so rude to a family member of mine. Waste of time, energy and money! I had to finally go somewhere else to get my eyes checked.

Worst staff behaviour. Used to visit regularly for eye check up. Had to switch to other hospital due to the unprofessional staffs.

Best treatments but it use to take so much of your time because of the crowd

Hospital management is worst. Very very bad experience. Staff have more ego and also receptionist misbehave. They have no manner how to talk and respond.

Worst hospital in town. All staffs are unprofessional. Meeting the doctor depends on your luck. No system to take appointment. Or the estimate waiting time. Reception is just a rubbish

Hllo everyone.... I want to give my review about this hospital nd their staff. They re very rude even. They don't know how to talk to patients. Their is one staff his name is some Pandey he don't the way how to talk with the patient. He is so rude nd don't know how to respect others

Pathetic services , they have got bunch of staff who are power packed with ego n high temper, if someone is approaching you it clearly states that he needs your care n service people present there should have calm n positive attitude.. Dear google pls provide negative stars so that we could share that ( - ve ) 100 out of 5...... The most important thing is they don't care about ur reviews............
