The Museum, is one of the best and most beautiful & soothing relaxation spot in Trivandrum. The place is well maintained, neat and tidy with trees and bushes all over the place which makes it more environmental friendly. Here, people from different parts of TVM come here for walking and jogging. People can even spend their time here to chill with their friends and family especially during the early morning and evening, which adds them a greater feeling. Inside this museum compound, is the Zoo and Sree Chitra Art Gallery. You can park your vehicle inside the compound with a parking fees of 150Rs. Overall this place is a perfect destination for anyone who wish to take a break and relax.

Good and nice experience at that night... But the rain spoils our patience

Pride of Trivandrum Best place for spending evenings in old trivandrum. Museum and zoo requires 3hrs to cover. Lion, tiger, leopard and other wild animals, birds, reptiles everything we can see at the zoo. Mandapam is there outside museum. Classical music or gazals will be played there. After roaming around for a while this mandapam is good for meditation. Stray dogs were there at the mandapam. That was a challenge. Ambiente parking space is available. But parking fee is on the higher side.

Best place to visit and there are many thing to see like museum,zoo,art gallery,children's park,aquarium. Each place have seperate entry fee (max 30rs) parking fee (150). Museum and the surroundings are well maintained and there are many tree in the park you can sit and relax there. Best place to spend with family and friends at the heart of trivandrum.

Well maintained and Clean! When you have nothing to do in the large city of Trivandrum and you need some peace just go To the museum garden park and have a short nap or just enjoy the beauty of nature with chirping sound of birds and green in nature inside a busy city. * No entry fee..(pay only if u need to visit museum)
