I have been practicing my fitness here and I see the results. So, thought of sharing my experience here specially for ladies out there who can join gym without any hesitation. Firstly, one of the finest gym near my surroundings with all the required equipments, energetic ambiance, comfying, mostly SAFE & reasonable. Clean and well maintained & has everything you need to complete a good gym session. I was quite hesitant before joining but i must say, made the right choice. Staff members & instructors are very cordial. Dedicated Trainers(PT) who focus on our requirements of health & fitness with required diet plans. Feels motivated. Must showup to this workout place.
Nice to have something which is very user friendly. The trainer takes personal interest in your fitness goals and provide proper guidance. If you plan to start working out than this one is perfect given the friendly atmosphere arround. Perfectly love it and the location is best for ppl working arround Manyata.
