My year-long experience at this gym was disappointing. The lack of proper management, a cramped and suffocating environment, and the absence of adequate parking facilities made it less than ideal. Despite the presence of 5 to 6 air conditioners, their reluctance to turn them on and the excuses provided only added to the discomfort. I regretfully cut my membership short after 9 months due to these persistent issues, and I would caution others considering this gym.
Great fitness studio in Abids. You can improve your strength and stamina. Weight lose weight gain training. Now recently Self-defense classes also added. Like Kickboxing Grappling MMA CrossFit Self-defense Fitness etc. Fitness is the first step of our good health. If we are healthy then only we can success reach our goals. So, give your one hour time to fitness studio.

The gym has a very good ambience. The trainers here are very helpful and could help you out with a professional guidance. The songs played here are to have joy with for the intense workout.
