I went to this gym once and all I can say is that this gym is very small with limited equipment. To reach to this gym you have to squeeze through narrow and congested lanes and there is no car parking at all. Good for beginners though.
One of the best gyms in terms of high quality machines , hygiene and discipline . Personal trainers are an expert in fitness training and work well with customers to reach their personal goals especialy MR MOHSIN .. he has an ace in hit trainings and weight training workouts. He turns every stone possible to make his customers reach their fitness goals.

Nice gym with good equipment well knowing trainer place with good vibes helped me a lot in weight loss Mr mohsin is a very well trained well speaking and hard working trainer he is always ready to help members of gym . The diet chart given by him helped me a lot in losing weight.
