Spacious gym with professional trainers and lots of machines... Different types of workouts.Especially crossfit training is very well trained by Stephen master.. He is very professional (Mr. South India).. and genuine person tooo...parking space is available ..very safe for ladies.seperate timmings and special trainings for ladies..more important is lady trainer is only training for ladies ..tq for stephen master

I'm really thankful that I found this gym. Stephen sir is the best coach who personally takes care of each one in the gym. His experience and knowledge in the field is so immense. He truly has concern about all people. Usually girls and women hesitate about going to gym, here it's completely safe and he teaches every way to strengthen our body. Thanks a lot to Stephen sir.

The only gym we don't have treadmill. They have equipment for bodybuilder only. My suggestion is kindly provide professional trainer. Before joining they said will provide diet plan for weight loss and all. After paying the amount that all everything they forgot. Guys for bodybuilder it's good gym but weightloss and all I don't prefer this gym.

Best gym in Coimbatore. It is well maintained and the staffs are very professional. Appreciate the management. I took personal training from Stephen Sir. I would highly recommend him for his in-depth knowledge on overall fitness and his professionalism. Affordable fee & worth for what we pay.

Hi guys it's been a month since I joined muscle zone and I feel sud b the right to a review. Very good ambience, latest equipment with impressive crossfit workouts variants at an affordable package . We have stephen master who gives regular care in providing what kind of workout to which person. Best part of the gym is you can't do what you want. We also have two trainers who gives care and good hospitality equivalent to personal training. Where I see many other gym do it at an additional cost.I have been doing workout in many years in various gyms.But this is the only gym where trainer asks during workout are you getting effect in particular part (ex shoulder) and corrects d posture if no effect, ensures me tat I do correctly. And regularly monitors and corrects when some one does it wrong for n times also . That's awesome . I'm really loving doing workouts with muscle zone. Keep rocking!!
