Basically I like this gym very much because of its ambions and freedom. You will have a joyful experience in this gym. First thing is this gym is very neat and clean. The equipment used there are basically maintained well. The trainers are very friendly and others facilities are very good in this gym.
This gym has a very good ambience. Plus the equipments has been changed recently and they have a quality dumbells, bars and equipments and machines. U can have a peaceful minset to do workouts Plus the trainers and faculty are very helpful. We can clarify any queries, doubts and any workout or deit related questions with them. The gym environment is excellent and the people are very friendly . They maintain the cleanliness and hygiene throughout the day .
The gym is neat and well equipped. I've been working out here for the past 2 years. This is really peaceful and comfortable place. My coach Dhanasekar anna is very supportive of my weight loss journey.
