Had joined the gym about a month back alongwith two of my friends and one other friend has joined us after seeing us enjoy our regimen. Trainer is a cheerful, happy and focussed person. We thorougly enjoy our exercises. Master knows about how much he can stretch us and when he needs to let us relax. Thus we don't even feel the pinch. And the best thing is the personalized attention to each student and the trainer actually joins us at times in the exercises. And the volume of students is not beyond his control and thus gym is crowded always as in the case of some popular gyms. Highly recommended.
Hello all This is Dr.MAHESH joined from very first day of the Gym..The gym is well equipped and well maintained. The trainers are qualified and have in - depth knowledge about how to cater to specific needs of a person and are always happy to help. They constantly motivate and push to do better. The management is very professional and their administration is great..! All in all, the gym is delivering exactly what a person will be looking for from a gym...! "Mr.Nitin" is my personal trainer has helped me lose 3.5kgs in a span of 1 month and he is highly qualified. If someone is looking to lose weight and build strength to get fit, then he is the person to meet...! Only suggestion to administration would be on the timings of the gym that is to open daily till 10pm instead of 9pm and open on sundays too.. Thumbs Up...!
The best place if you want to shed those calories and enjoy. The trainer is the best part, you are keenly observed, taken care of and taught very well at each point. Just loving the time over there. People there are an extended family
