One of the best decisions I made was to join this gym. One of the best fitness centers in South bangalore. It's very well equipped. For anyone new to gym workouts, this is "the best" place to start. Praveen and Sheetal are very friendly, they have good knowledge about workouts and diet. The staff is supportive. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS GYM !
Just walked in couple of days back. It is fully packed. It was super crowded, jam packed. After that got to know from my friends that cult is over selling their memberships. Almost all fitness centres in Bangalore are overflooded with members. Decided to check in to some local gym. Let's say Vocal for Local and support local gym business. Think before getting into this corporate scammy schemes. Pay full 1 membership for some discount, then forget u won't get space to workout for even a day.
My husband and I joined the gym because of Praveen! He's a great trainer. Overall I must tell that the staff and the gym is great! We totally enjoy our workout at the gym. Thanks to the entire muscle mutant team!
The gym has good infrastructure, well equipped and all the trainers have good knowledge about workout plan and diet. Praveen and Sheetal are very friendly and have helped me throughout my workout journey since I've joined this gym.

I have tried multiple gyms in and around Basavanagudi Gandhi Bazar but this is the best I have found. The gym is spacious with good , adequate and all kind of equipment's. It is suitable for all kinds of fitness goals say body building, body toning, strengthening conditioning, weight loss. The trainers guide you and give you the desired work out programs based on our requirements.
