One of the best gym near by Kodambakkam. I got one of the best trainer in this gym Mr. VIGNESHWARAN. his knowledge about muscle building and fat reduction is totally awesome. He is down to the earth. At this young age he got so many knowledge about this field. Now the gym is under renovation. We are going to see the next level Muscle Mechanic Gym very soon. I am Waiting.....

One of the worst gym in city. No proper equipments. Not maintained well, one single bathroom yuck u can't enter inside. They said they will open steam soon but dint do it for past 2yrs. For the fees they charge u can find very good gyms nearby. No proper trainers.

The gym is well equipped but there are lot of members which can be considered both positive as well as negative as there are more trusted customers but the negative is there are more making the place more conjusted and had to take turns to use equipments. There are seperate rooms for everything like side rooms, yoga room, and weights room etc...
It's been a beautiful experience over here and I have lost weight since I joined the Gym and My Trainer gave nice diet advice
