I am certainly satisfied and overwhelmed by my experience at this gym...workouts are led by Jahangir sir ...special thnx to you sir for being so flexible with your schedule and ensuring I get the most out of the time training with you TQ sir for motivating and pushing me all through the journey.
This gym definitely has the best ambience and sophisticated equipment but bar has been raised by the coaching from the best and the motivated environment leading in consistency of an individual and high transformation rate unlike other gyms.
After a hard days of work from home every day and spending an hour working out in gym is truly a stress buster. The work out variations along with the diet plan which are suggested by coach motivates me to hit the gym everyday. Thanks a lot "Coach - JAHANGIR bhaya"...:)
