Absolutely thrilled with my experience at this particular gym.From the moment I walked in on 8th September 2023,I saw the atmosphere exuded dedication to health and fitness. The facility itself is well-equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, providing a diverse range of workout options. What truly sets this gym apart is the exceptional dedication of the trainers. My trainer Mr Kalyan Roy in particular, deserves a standing ovation. His commitment to helping clients achieve their fitness goals is unmatched. He take the time to understand individual needs, crafting personalized workout plans that keep things challenging yet achievable. The motivational push I receive during sessions is invaluable. It's not just about physical exercise,it's a holistic approach to well-being. My trainer Mr Kalyan Roy goes beyond the conventional role, offering valuable advice on nutrition and lifestyle choices. This level of involvement of him makes the entire fitness journey not only effective but enjoyable,And I mean it when I say. The camaraderie among gym-goers and the positive energy within the facility make each session a pleasure. The cleanliness and organization further contribute to a seamless workout experience. This gym is a great place to get in shape and stay healthy. The facilities are top-notch and always clean. The equipment is well-maintained only thing you will miss is the butterfly machine and there is always plenty of space to work out, The gym trainers are knowledgeable and friendly, always willing to offer advice and help with proper form and technique. They are also highly motivational, encouraging you to push yourself to reach your goals. I would especially like to thank Devraj Sir he is always available to help you. I joined 3 gyms (I don't want to take names) before in Topsia but this is the best among all you have to pay a bit more but it worth it. Overall, I highly recommend this gym and its trainers to anyone looking to improve their fitness and overall health.

Really nice gym; it's clean; has proper gym equipments with amazing trainers that are so supporting and motivating, last but not the least a warm welcome from the receptionist. You reach your goals as well enjoy a positive environment This one for the ladies- it's safe for you , wear your gym wear comfortably and just be you nobody's gonna stalk you.

Good Gym. Nice and supportive Trainers. Gym owner is also a humble person. Best trainer Mr Kalyan Sir especially and others are also very good. Receptionist are also so nice.

The ambience and the vibe of the gym is on point. Trainers are very informative and helpful. Owner and trainers are really kind enough to show you around and tell you what's best for you and your body. Overall it's a very spacious and good gym. Very happy to be a part of it.
