My stay at this hotel was very comfortable and relaxing. Hotel staff members were very polite, well behaved and helpful specially pema sherpa and the reception guy. Thank you guys for making my stay so relaxing.
It was a smooth check-in experience offered by the hotel. The positives include humble staff behaviour, decent restaurant and the location. It's at a walking distance from MG Road.
However, when I completed the checkout process, I was told to pay Rs 200 for breaking a glass. This was not mentioned all along and when I was about to board the cab, I was called back inside and asked for the money. Despite paying a hefty amount for 3N, 2 rooms, they stooped so low to ask for it.
The Wi-Fi is expectedly of slower speed.
Had a pleasant 2-night stay here in May.
Pros: big, comfortable bed. Room was large and bathroom was clean with good hot water. Location is good, about a 10-15 min (uphill) walk to MG marg. Food is good. Rooftop bar is also very nice in the evening. Kind and attentive staff.
Cons: wifi was a little bit slow and the bathroom was not well-lit.
Would recommend!
The room was a bit small than it was shown in the pictures. The furniture was quite old and the overall room needs renovation as it has a lot of stains on the wall probably due to seepage.
Staffs were very accommodating especially Pema and Roshan were polite and prompt regarding our needs and helped us in making our stay quite comfortable despite the above-mentioned glitches.
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff, especially Pema, Roshan, Arpan were incredibly attentive and made me feel welcome throughout my visit. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well-appointed, ensuring a restful stay. The hotel's location was also perfect , just 400m away from M.G Marg making access easy to nearby attractions. It was pleasant stay at this property. Hotel staff is quite humble and supportive. Food serves a taste of decent spices. Special Thanks to Ms. Pema Sherpa for proactive assistance during the stay. Other staff was also very kind and helpful. Can't forget the pleasant and calm smile on their chefs' faces
Hotel ambience is nice as well as the location
But food ordered through hotel scanner was below average. In house breakfast was good though. Food ordered through Zomato etc. is a good option.
Overall nice and clean place to stay.
View was amazing from my room with 180deg mountain view. The hotel is close to mg road where u will get everything you need.
Staff is kind but wifi is not good and I struggled to work from there.
