I must say that it has been awesome experience staying on this property hardly 200-300 Mtr from MG Marg & Rooms & Washrooms were properly sanitized. All electronic sockets & lights were working. Hospitality provide *Ajoy Tomang* was wonderful. We reached late night when Hotels restaurant was closed but this kind hearted person went to the city to buy some food for us.
It was a amusing stay in this hotel totally worth my budget. I'll recommend this hotel to all my companion. Especially hotel staff and services are too excellent. Well behaved staff delicious food and breakfast were also too good. Rooms were well clean and organized it was vast and solace. Location is also good it is situated below mg marg. marg is something 400m far from there. This hotel is actually situated in the middle of the city. It will be a good to stay in it if you want to explore gangtok
Beautiful property, we stayed at a studio room. It looks exactly like the picture. Very neat and tidy with mountain view as seen in pictures. Also it's very close to MG Road, so thats a catch.

Nice property....local Hotel team is very nice and supportive but the team behind the central strategy needs to wrap their heads around local nuances..they have no customer loyalty. It's only because of certain people..one in this trip namely Mr. Ajoy Tamang that it makes stay in here worthwhile. He has gone above and beyond the call of duty to make things convenient..otherwise no outreach from.anyone
The staff were all very friendly and helpful.The hotel is well situated, being close to mall, transport, and the tourist sites. We would definitely stay there again.Thank you!
Pathetic experience, seems all the ratings this place has are just misleading. The services (not) provided are not even worth paying them for. The staff lacks basic courtesy, do not consider guests comfort and are ignorant. Our rooms wer not cleaned, stuff was lost when we gave the keys for cleaning and when we asked them to pack our breakfast, it was packed in such a shabby and incomplete way with rotten food. They deny for basic housekeeping facilities such as hand towels and disposable cutlery. When you go to speak to their manager, you have to wait for hours and keep visiting the reception time and again to even get a response from someone. The washrooms stink, the rooms are all damp. Would definitely say save your money and do not pay them for things they do not even provide. The pictures and ratings on the internet are completely opposite of the reality.

The hotel room was spacious, clean and well lit. The view was nice with some obstacles blocking the mountains but it's okay. The room service was not the best but considering the price we paid for the room.
