Just love the place. Very neat and clean. Good staff behavior. Lovely cosy rooms. Only one thing the toilet is not clean. And cockroaches are there .
Nice cosy place, the cottages are good and well maintained. The river bed is near and the forest check point (from where the safari starts) is also 5mins walk. Breakfast is complementary. The food served is of good quality. They would also arrange cab for nearby sight seeing and drop at next destination
Extremely good and pleasant stay at Moorti.. Well located, just where jungle begins.. Staffs are well behaved and served fresh food.
But issue lies with the vehicle/driver provided to us.. We are doubly charged which I am ready to bear in liue of good services but unfortunately most of scenic spots are discarded by the driver with lame excuses... WBTC needs to be cautious...or it will invite bad reputations.
Marvelous place for any tourist to dream of. Well maintained property. Food is quite good. Room service is splendid.
The staff were very polite. Food was simple and tasty. We were travelling with elderly people. The food suited their taste. The compound was very well maintained and sprawling. We enjoyed the evening cultural programme arranged by West Bengal Govt Department. This place is very close to the Murti river. One can take daily morning and evening.
Loved the stay here. Staffs are very humble and nice. Rooms were clean and tidy. Provides good number of amenities. Food quality is average but some of the items are superbly delicious. Location of this property is appreciable. They also provide services to book jungle safari and other local tours. Aptly located in the center of every must visit spots. Car parking space is secured and they also have car wash facility.

We booked this resort with great expectation from northbengal tourism. They said resort is situated just beside the murti River. Bt when we reached at the destination we were disappointed. Murti river is infront of the resort, out side of the gate..from the resort room you will not be able to see the river. The location of the resort itself is very disappointing. Beside the resort there was some house construction. Inside the resort it the view was good, but the service of the resort is not good. Stuffs are not welcoming atall. Specially the resturent people. The dining area is not clean. Most of the food items were not available. Service was poor. Water container was not clean, the glasses were smelling bad. You need to call people multiple time to ask something. They were not attentive atall. They were in hurry to take the dinner order, not giving proper time to decide also. Not atall happy with the resort and service overall. Not recommending atall
