Went there for a get together with friends. The location of the resort is very good- it's calm, green and close to backwaters. It has good space and some cottages face to backwaters. The rooms were good but basic. We ordered different varieties of food and it tasted good. The staffs are well behaved. Boating arranged in the evening was worth it. The activities inside the resort include fishing, pedal boats. Good experience overall.

Such a bad experience. We stayed for a day and the service was pathetic. The rooms were extremely small and untidy. The bedsheets had stains all over them. And they wrapped some kind of paper on the extra bed and charged us 500 for that. Food is expensive and service is very poor. Washrooms are in the size of a cupboard. There is nothing special or no basic amenities. The AC does not work properly half the time. Please do not book this place. You will find lot of good places at half the price of this resort.

In the starting they asked us to stay in a Auditorium, then some of us moved to room, not all. Since there are no much rooms are available to accomodate. Services was really nice to highlight. Location is awesome and well spent time there. Overall: 4.7

Very nice scenery. Tasty food of different types including Prawn, chicken, mussels, pearl spot etc. Water Peddling, basket water riding fishing, shikara boat etc are available with the package including brakfast, lunch,and evening tea.

Excellent massage! I went here specifically to get a massage from Vishnu and had a wonderful experience. He is very kind and really embodies what great service is. My body feel very nice and relaxed. The massage was perfect pressure and time for me. He really knows how to treat each body as uniquely and give it treatment for exactly what you need. He listens to your body and has a great sense of feel and touch. I would highly recommend a massage from Vishnu. Overall it is the best!

Disastrous Experience at Munroe Island Lake Resort: Small Portions, Unfulfilled Orders, and Unbelievable Treatment I feel compelled to share my horrific experience at Munroe Island Lake Resort, which can only be described as a complete disaster from start to finish. Not only were the food portions outrageously small, but some members of our group were even denied meals altogether. To make matters worse, when we dared to complain about the situation, the resort staff shockingly resorted to calling the police on us. It was an appalling and utterly unacceptable response to a legitimate concern. From the moment I interacted with Mr. Sethu, it was evident that he had no regard for the well-being or satisfaction of his guests. His demeanor was condescending and dismissive, displaying an utter lack of professionalism. Any attempt to address concerns or seek assistance was met with arrogance and a complete disregard for customer service.
