Muneeswaran Kunnu View Point - Tourist attraction in Thavinhal - Wayanad, India

Brilliant view point that requires bit of a hike. Way to get here is bit tricky as google map might throw you off but if you get there by 7 ( when it opens) you will find good light. Bring water. There is a washroom but not so good when i visited. Ticket is 45 inr per person.

Go early morning for spectacular view. Open at 7am and fee is 45 for adults and 25 for children. When I went last time, there there is fog and beautiful views. May not be always, if there is no fog will get longer views. Road is steep. I recommend going in a jeep. Otherwise trek 600 Mrs from the entrance arch with temple sign. Temple entry is free. Viewpoint is in the other side and electric fenced.

There is a magnificent spot in Mananthavady town where you can witness the entire town from a panoramic view. However, reaching there can be a bit challenging due to the steep and narrow road. Nevertheless, a medium-sized car can make it to the destination. The beauty of this place lies in the mist that surrounds it, creating a stunning atmosphere. It's important to note that this spot closes at 6:00 pm, so plan your visit accordingly. Additionally, there is a checkpost where an entry fee is required. Rest assured, parking facilities are available for your convenience. A must visit place if you are in mananthavady.

Muneeswaran kunnu is one of the most beautiful hill station to spend your time with your family, friends and loved ones. The best time to visit here will be morning and evening, as midday will be sunny and the entire place will be hot during summer days. While rainy or winter days, you can really enjoy the cool breeze, mist and fog. There are few chairs being placed here and there...and you can really enjoy each and every moment which you spend here. No food and beverages are being available here so please normalize using the dustbin if you are bringing up any kind of plastic products.

Nice viewpoint with a small hike upwards. Access road is narrow and you're better off with a 4x4. There are some refreshments available at the top. Entry ticket is Rs 40 per person.

To enjoy the beauty you have better visit here at 6 am. The ticket price is 45 rupees. Also there is an ice cream shop and toilets.

Breezy foggy magic view point in Wayanad. Ticket for one person for entry is Rupees 45/- till date. Few wooden benches are instilled at the peak view point. 360 degree view is guaranteed covering with a view of tea plantations, curvy roads and on.

Went on a Sunday.. The place is very calm.. The air will push you up into the sky.. The area is very vast and those who want to do hiking can do it, those who want to spend a romantic evening can do that too.. You can watch sunset just in front of your eyes.. Reach there at around 5 pm in the evening.. See the sunset completely.. The staff is very friendly.. Very clean environment
