It's a good place to spend some leisure time effectively. Boating is the important attraction of this place and the boating service which I chose costed 500Rs per hour which I found worth enough. I assure that this place will give some great vibes
Cannot explain in words how beautiful and calming this place is. Every nook and corner is just packed with the beauty of nature. You can get a view of the Ashtamudi lake as and when you take the journey. The food is really good. Please do visit this gem.
It was a outstanding experience there.. We went to kayaking for the first time.. It's completely safe and good ambiance. Some the agents were expensive in the water activities.. We got a finest agent there and helped us to explore budget friendly.. 900rs for 6persons..its a good price for kayaking..
Beautiful scenic spot very close to nature. The place which is an hour's drive from Kollam is a quite and very pleasant to the eyes. Great for long walks and evening tea. People there are quite friendly. Boating starts from Rs. 600 an hour and they say a whole 3 hour trip would cover all tourist spots around the island. There are small boats called vanchi and peddle boats available.
Last Onam, I took my family to a hidden gem of an island in Kollam. It was an amazing experience to meet the friendly locals and see the beautiful scenery. The island was so peaceful and serene that I felt my mind relax after an hour of boat ride. However, the food there was not very good and quite expensive. The boat guy also ripped us off by charging 1000 rupees for five people. I wish they would improve their hospitality and service, because the island itself is a wonderful place to visit.
A beautiful & serene place to spend the day with your loved ones You could even get a ferry from perumon as per the map. But we just wanted to have a fun ride so we decided to go on a bike inspite of the rains It was such a picturesque view. You could even avail a ride through the mangrooves but it was almost dusk so we decided to take it next time. A very decent place to kill time and enjoy nature

Staying at Green Chromide Munroe Homestays was pure joy! Imagine waking up to nature's melody, away from city chaos. The well-kept cottages, standing strong for four years, felt like a timeless retreat. But the real magic? The hosts--they're family,
We loved our time with Vijeesh and his family. We went out on both the sunset and sunrise boat trips and Vijeesh pointed out all the wonderful birds around the island. We also went for a lovely stroll through the village and kayaked in the evening. T
