Excellent Choice in Budget. A Double Bed room fits max 3 person. Room and bathroom were clean. Sit out, balcony, rope hang, mosquito net is there. Tap Water quality is extraordinary. Couple Friendly. Pleasant Location. Walkable Distance to Cliff Beach. They provide Rental Bikes also. Car and bike parking available. Small provision store with tea is nearby. Hotel is nearby 500m. It's budget room. Not so great. We haven't stayed much longer time in the room. We used to roam around the places. We don't feel much bad. If you planning to spend more time in the room then it's not the one. I have requested a bulb which is not working in the bathroom. But they haven't fixed. Also bathroom doesn't have any mug.

These ppl do not have common sense or any kind of responsibility. They alloted my already booked room to someone else inspite of repeated calls of confirmation. And asked me to search for another room elsewhere.
0 stars for the worst behaviour and un cultured attitude. Please learn some manners to treat ppl. Do not ruin our holidays and money like this.

The room was really good Very adequate for my needs with a balcony and hammock The bathroom was sufficient and the bed was most comfortable Nandu was a great manager and very helpful and accommodating whilst I stayed there from the 9th January to the 12th February this year I shall go back when I am next in Varkala Thankyou Nandu

Warm welcome from owner,they were waiting for us to allocate rooms.The lady was too kind and cool. Rooms are too good and safe but only thing is no hot water.
Other than that, it's near to cliff, varkala beach, black beach, darjeeling cafe.
We stayed here for two nights, and were blown away by the beauty of the place and the serenity, as well as the architecture, facilities and exceptionally nice staff.
Note that alcohol is not allowed here. The breakfast included is amazing.

Very friendly host who helped us with early check-in as well as late check-out. Located in a prime location, it's accessible to most places. Only point to mention for improvement is the cleanliness of the room and bathroom.

The rooms where clean, 24 hrs hot water available. They provide towels and sample soaps. All these for a minimum room rent. Worth for the money. It is best for budget rooms. But if you seek for luxury rooms you may not like it.
