Bad Experience booking tickets from here. The Guide in the bus was very rude in nature as if he was paying us to sit in the bus. No time management. False commitment stating there is mobile charging point. Infact the bus driver was not having a charging point to charge his own mobile phone.
Very bad service, request to book neeta travels, they have a good brand, local traveler make us fool because they don't have any brand, so go with Neeta travel they have good image and also provide good service, it will be value for money.
Very bad experience. I am posting this while travelling today 05Jan2020 in CT travels ac bus for mumbai darshan. I made 8 bookings from their website and that time it was showing complimentary water and dominos burger but when I boarded bus and checked with guide he was unaware so I called CT travels and they denied. I said I can whats app them screenshot of their website which is still showing hist offer but they refused. There was lot many mumbai darshan bus companies so guys better to avoid this cheater CT travels who just give fake ads to attract passwngers.
Pathetic service. Please stay away from them !!!! We had sent an important parcel. Took extra paymemt from us, and the parcel did not even reach. They wouldn't pick up our calls and then blocked our number so there was no way to contact them. Pathetic service
Good Mumbai Darshan Tour. The bus was nice and the guide was good too. Juhu isn't covered as mentioned in the itinerary however, they take you to Bandra Carter Road instead, which is good. Excellent option for people who have less time and want to cover more. Would suggest people to pay 150 extra and opt for AC bus, it is very comfortable.
Took Mumbai darshan with Chitale tour & Travel they demanded extra for tour guide but I chose not to take tour guide then I have to pay 40 or I won't be allowed. This is looting people. I wouldn't advice this to anyone.
