One of the best place for workout. Experienced trainers encourage each one of us. Equipments are very well maintained.workout area is cleaned after completion of each batch. Workouts are planned in such a way that it takes care of our cardiac and fitness. Keeps mentally and physically healthy.

It quickly moved to the awesome energy and knowledge that you get from the trainers here, they are eager to help and will to take time with you. Also they understand what you are striving for and they WILL get you there and further, while having fun. Worst gym in MYSURU no trainers are professional in the training. Front desk people have no knowledge about the gym. They should learn to respect people. Trainers have zero knowledge. I suggest for mysuru people have better option for the money.
