I like that there is not much crowd in this compared to cult fit.
Some essential machines are missing in this gym like seated calf raises. But there are always work arounds, so It doesn't bother me.

It's a decent gym. Not a lot of equipments though. I prefer to do S&C, but them we don't have a lot of weights in the HIIT training area. Also, you cannot access all the activities with gum membership. f you want to do that, you will have to buy full house membership which seriously isn't worth the money.
The place is very spacious with multiple floors dedicated for different training types you are into which helps since my training need is more functional than body building. The rowing machines can definitely use some maintenance and the top floor some serious cleaning but other than that good place to workout with good equipment.
Have never found the place to be crowded which surely is a respite. Would recommend this place.
One of very small facilities of multi fit. The weight lifting section is just a disappointment. Definitely not worth the money. The functional and calisthenics floor is the only ones to join this gym for. The coaches here are really passionate about the sport and are driven. All in all only join this gym if you are focused and have a clear goal.
Went for a 1 day trial . The center is very spacious spread across about 4 floors catering to various functional activities. Friendly & courteous staff . The weights section is smaller & has much fewer machines than your regular Gym but it's really enough for a great session of weight training. very well thought of space. The Reduced 1 star cos the monthly membership seems a bit higher than competition & 2ndly the cable machine seems to need some repair . Rest of the machines though are in perfect condition.
It is a great place for CrossFit, Calisthenics, and MMA. Their setup for CrossFit and MMA is amazing. However, there are very less equipments and machines if you're planning to visit only for Weight training.
Love that there are different floors for different types of workouts. Try the evening functional training group classes for sure. Makes you break a good sweat!
Absolutely great class! High energy without the glam of the mainstream studios. Very group oriented with different levels of intensity. The workout instructors are very personable and individually engaging (they aren't just barking routines over a loudspeaker). Also, they instruct on form and technique which really helps teach you about the workout rather than going through the motions.
Highly recommend for Maddy the coach a great instructor to work with from start to finish, and loved all of the activities he picked for
