Designs are good, especially the light weight ones! Value addition is exorbitant and although, the sales staff are friendly, the manager was rude and disrespectful. It was tobdo with applying the promotional offer that was running at the store at the time of our visit. Being their customer for more than 10years, it was disheartening to be treated like the way they did!! This, when i took two of my cousins to check out the store. The two stars are solely for their designs! But i would definitely not go back to make a purchase after the way they treated us! Probably, they have a niche customers whom they cater to and every one else are not welcome or not needed!
