They provide all kinds of fitness machineries and training for a reasonable fee per month. And i liked the setup there.. me and my friend salah joined few months back and we had a great experience there.. trainers help us very well.. and they're so friendly..

Gym is good but machinery is old. The cost for General training fee is ok but compared to other Gym in puttur it's costly. If you want to take the personl training , then please check the prior time slot and pay otherwise you won't get the personal training session from Krishna and he wont give one to one session . I have paid 6000Rs for PT and I got only 6 session and whichever session I missed I asked him to re prviode but he told it's our issue . . As per the rule he need to schedule the PT for person and personaly motivate while doing the workout but whenever we need his assistance he was not there becuase he was busy with VIP customers who opted for whole year and gave 10k per month. Then what about our money (6k) is it only paper or doesn't have any value? Whenever I have discussed about the missed sessions he told me to come early at 5:30 am and it won't happened to me becuase while joining itself I told the timings of mine he was ok with it .After paying the fees he didn't listen anything. So it's my sincerest suggestion please do not join Personal Training. You can join general training Mr.Ashoka will help you in that and guide you better than PT.

It is the best Gym at Puttur. They have modern equipments which allows all the members to use it efficiently. It also has AC installed and the ambience is quite good. Good set of trainer helps the members to attain their fitness goal.

Really classy gym in a place call puttur moreover trainer are professional and knowledgeable personally trainer Krishna sir excellent workout I lost 13 kg in two months time thank u krishna sir for your time n knowledge. I recommend who ever looking for weight loss should join this gym for sure.

I would like to tell everyone, @muliya diamond fitness and spa is best fitness center available in Puttur. @krishna sir is one of the professional personal trainer I know. If you are looking to loss weight or gain in short period you should definitely give a try for personal training @MDFS. I personally had good experience by taking personal training from Krishna sir. As I was a beginner I was very confused to start the workout by my own by watching YouTube videos and some other's suggestions because it may cause adverse affect on my body and heath due to lack of knowledge. So I decided to take a personal training in this GYM and it was my best decision. I lost 5KG in short span of 1&half month and the trainer @krishna sir was very professional, he has well knowledge about health and fitness, caring and also gives diet plan according to your body. They have seperate batch for laddies also have well maintained dressing and rest rooms. Overall it has everything which needed for the workout. Ambience is top notch. Equipments are of good quality. Only A/C gym in puttur. Positive suggestions are provided by both the trainers..

Gym is pretty good. I visit this place when ever I stay for some time in puttur. Equipment are pretty good. The trainer who ever manages, the huge guy tere dose not know to talk well, like I forgot were is water, so I asked him, so he says how do you forget , don't you know the water is placed in the corner? SERIOUSLY? I think covid rules are applicable only for some individuals here I had paid for 4 time entry rs. 500 in which I had entered the gym 2 times. Every time this happens. 1. Rule to work out only 1 hr. Usually I am evening workout person, I had been tere at 7 pm. There was crowd, and usually I use gym for 1hr, 30 mins, and I saw people were in the gym before I had entered and after that too, i understand guys tere work out for whole body. Now I go in the morning, I did not know about covid break I.e. 9 to 10 am, and after 10am only 2 women plus myself was working out. And I took a lil more break and took 2 hrs. So now the trainer who manages the gym says about the covid break and I am not suppose to use the gym for more than1 hr. It was his responsibility to inform a clint about the rules when you pay, and he expects to see the notice. And about hours of workout, how is that different in the evening and morning, that too when tere is no crowd in the morning I think rules are to be followed with each individual, and if they have problem on me using the gym for more than1 hrs why don't they ask to pay for it? And I wonder what kind of a gym instructor is he having hefty body and dose not understand about workout?
