This is a place where you can see people serving the patients in the real sense. I have undergone multiple procedures/ rounds of treatment here. I must say that the experience has been the best I have in any hospital. The facility is highly affordable and probably offers the best value for money in the Western suburbs when it comes to medical treatments. Dr. Shreya Prabhoo is no less than an Angel who helped me deal with all the complications and successfully deliver a healthy child. She really treated me with utmost care and made sure I was being taken care of properly by the hospital staff and my family too. She treated me like family and not just another patient of hers..I kept blindly following her and she ensured that I was fine..always. All the doctors, nurses and other assisting staff are well mannered and polite. Mukund Hospital and Dr. Shreya Prabhoo are doing great service to Mankind.
Limited doctors. Staff is good , friendly and helpful. But charges are too high. No emergency cases are entertained.

The Hospital Staff Is So Worse, I just Visited There for Check-up , Dr. Came and was Like We Don't Accept Online Payment , she Didn't even ask me about my health and directly asked what's your mode of payment , i said I'll Pay Via debit card , The Dr. said To Me Do You Have a debit Card !! Do You Have Enough Money For Treatment And Started telling Me The charges, the worse Part Is I'm Writing This Review again Because They Are Deleting Such true' Review, If you are Seeing the review with 5 star It's all Fake, They Are Just Paid For Do so, Or They Are Hospital Staff Only.
If you have good people around you, nothing else matters. Such is this place, the nurses, doctors, maushis and all the others who provide care here are wonderful people. We were taken aback by their kindness and super caring attitude at any given time of the day and night. We had doubts about getting my wife's second pregnancy done here but this was the best decision ever. All the nurses, doctors and maushis are extremely caring and are always concerned. No matter what shift they're in. They all have the same loving attitude. Ever lasting experience and we will always remember all the good human beings at Mukund hospital.
Dr. RAM PRABHU is money making machine. He can risk patient life just for the sake of money. Just for the ankle dislocation he charged around 25k in a day and almost waste my week to operate my leg. Then ask to operate which cost me around 1.5lacks. Worst experience ever
