I don't have words to express my anguish. Most unprofessional and misbehaved staff. I had ordered a coat pant for stitching. After getting confirmation on phone I traveled 30 km for trial. On me visit I was told to take trial of coat only. I took trial and requested some alterations. After half an hour I was told that pant was not ready. I was asked to come the next day to get delivery. I visited them a day later. A customer was threatening them they they had made him visit many times and now if they don't deliver on the promised day they will have to face dire consequences. To my surprise my coat was lying without any alterations. Even then my suit fitting was not proper. When I confronted them they started misbehaving with me and said that they cannot promise me the delivery time. I had to wait for three hours in their shop to take delivery. This all is captured on their CCTV. Almost all the customers who visited during this period for delivery had heated exchange. So please visit them only if you don't mind being harassed. In future I will not even look at their shop.
Absolutely bad stiching and fitting of kurta pajama. Poor customer service, don't even accept their mistake , when we told about the bad fitting they tell the common statement it is the cloth type !! If you want to waste your money go to Muktsari.
Worst service. No customer care. To kuch harrasement. Even after two three visit not even proper size. Time wasteage.
Delivery not on time . Bad customer service . Thinks of others as fool . Highly not recommended. Never ever try from this shop you will only get disappointed.
Pros 1. Great tailoring and awesome fitting. Kurta pyajama and nehru jacket is their forte. 2. Genuine advise on the choice of outfit 3. Reasonable prices and they also give you discount for bulk orders. 4. Friendly guys and they never say no to any of your requests. 5. You can give your own fabric and get it stitched. They do not charge anything extra for stitching your fabric as they also have their own stock of fabric. 6. Stitching prices are genuine given their tailoring quality which is very good and at par with market rates. Cons 1. Not enough fabric variety and concepts. Tailoring concepts also needs to evolve. Overall great place run by genuine people. Highly recommended.
