Mukkadal Science Park - Park in Chiramadam - Kanniyakumari, India

The park gives an amazing experience after a long time... best place for kids to play here, all the equipment are related to science where the children's can easily gain knowledge practically The equipment should be maintained & painted once in a year... then this place will be next level We enjoyed ourselves a lot here and played with those scientific equipment If anyone doesn't know to play... there are notes near all the equipment, can read that know to play and enjoy the trip Moreover there is a place to rest.

Mukkadal dam near Nagercoil is surely the most underrated tourist spot in Kanyakumari district of Tamil Nadu. But it's one of the best tourist spots in entire Tamil Nadu. The dam supplies drinking water to Nagercoil corporation and was built by the erstwhile maharaja of Travancore. The backdrop of the dam is simply awesome!! There is a science park which is very informative to the students. The place is very safe for family outing and weekend relaxation. But it's a pitty that this place is almost deserted . Just under 50 visiters a day.

Good to spend time; however many of the science rides were closed

Nice and calm place to spend weekend with family and children. No canteens nearby. 4 wheelers can be parked on the road side.

Beautiful place to spend with family in a serene environment. Breathtaking view of mountains and the dam one side and the children's Science Park the other side you will surely want this place to be in your must visit list. You will enjoy the nature on the way to the place like mountains and channels running along the way. There's not a dedicated car parking but won't be a problem if you go on a normal day.

Park area to be cleaned properly. No public transport is available. Own vechile to be used to reach the park. No shops are available nearby. We need to take our food
