Mukesh Sir, highly knowledgeable in this area give all guidance/support on diet and daily work out activities to build your self.
I've been training with Mukesh Sir for almost 5 months now, and believe me he is one of the most experienced & committed trainer around. Simply, with his help I achieved my goal of putting on weight, one which I have struggled with for years. With their help I have gained 10kg+ and my strength has more than doubled. They really helped me by giving me the tools to grow, such as diet and training regimes.
Very well-equipped gym. Trainers are very helpful. Group exercises are great. Jacob ruled out a personalized diet and workout plan for me. It's my first week but I am impressed.
