Best Car Showroom. The Executive Mr Sarbajit Pal is one of the most knowledgeable executives I've come across. He himself is an Automobile enthusiast and loves the cars. The after sales service given by him is exemplary
Mukesh Hyundai is a franchisee of Hyundai car which is located at Khardah Lilchubagan over B. T. Road. They have a service station in behind of their showroom. One temple is also situated in front of the Store. So, one can give puja of their car when delivering. But the service is not so appreciable after the purchase. I have got my RC of my car after more than 5 months of delivery of my car. The behaviour of the Store Manager is not at all good. He has not any courtesy to congratulate to the customer when delivery, even refusing to handshake with me which is very much unfortunate.
Excellent service provided by Arghya and team. We did not have any issues to exchange our old car and get the new car. All the formalities were done by the team at Mukesh Hyundai Khardha. Really pleased and happy with the service.
Well.. everything is as it should be except space. This showroom has a short space for easy access to new cars on bringing inside or outside of the showroom.
Worst service he provides.. we bought creta from him..just after few days it started creating problems with engine..it's been only 1 year my car is totally damaged.. every month it's going for service after that issue is not resolving... They have given us damaged car. Pathetic service...will suggest everyone not buy any Hyundai car..
We had the best buying experience with Arnab Kar from Mukesh Hyundai , Khardah. We looked at brand new Creta SX at several different places, and Mukesh Hyundai , Khardah was by far the most professional, pleasant and honest. They promised me to deliver our car as fast they can and they did it smoothly and got my car within one and half months from booking date. The showroom is extremely nice and clean , staffs are well-behaved. We will absolutely return to Mukesh Hyundai for our next purchase. Once again thanks Arnab da for all of your efforts.
Be aware of Mukesh Hyundai chain of showroom dealership. You will suffer you decision of buying ur car here. Be it with discount, delivery date and refund amount(idf any), we will be harassed and get a worse experience. Better not to visit this place
