I'm visiting this Centre since 2017 becz Doctor Sanjay bhat is a good & well experienced doctor. My family members are 100% satisfied for his treatment for me.
Dr Sanjay But is one of the most and the best doctor on Heart Surgeon and Specialist his way of Diagonising is Extradionary and He is genius in handling Serious critical Cases pertain to heart and he is just like a God
Treatment and response of doctor is very good but absolutely no respect for your time. We waited for almost 4 hours for a conversation of max 10min! Be prepared for long waiting time.

Receptionist lady here doesn't know have a basic phone etiquette. She is rude. Though Dr. Sanjay bhat is an experienced cardiologist, he is losing patients just because of this rude receptionist.
Dr. Sanjay Bhat is an experienced cardiologist he is very good in diagnosing the problem and prescribing medicines. The arrogant receptionist has been changed recently so there should not be any more issues with appointments. Even though appointments are given at a certain time one has to wait for his turn since every patient's case will be different. So if one is prepared to wait then they will get very good treatment.

Overall experience was good , and the good part is that the receptionist is talkative but not arrogant, she gives good suggestions and tries to keep the waiting crowd cool as everyone would be stressed before consulting a cardiologist. Maybe we misunderstood but her moto is good . Coming to number of tests we didn't felt that they are doing which are not required those the process of evaluation of the issues we report commenting on the same without an knowledge would not be an appropriate. Waiting time is long yes I too agree but remember always best doctor tends to run late due to more inflow of the patients ,. But still I appreciate the doctor patience to stay untill late night to consult a last patient.
