Reliable and trustworthy service. Vishal is very experienced and skilled. My laptop needed SSD replacement. After the service it's now working just like a new laptop. Their prices are genuine as well. I highly recommend.
The customer service was on point. I entered the store to fix my laptop which I knew wasn't performing optimally. He gave me brief information about why it's happening and told me what exactly is needed to fix it. He solved the problem easily and saved a lot of time and effort. I had a amazing experience at Mudra electronics. I had an issue with my Laptop as it was very slow and was lagging all the time.After the diagnosis, Vishal recommended to have it with SDD and ram upgrade and also he went above and beyond and called the dell company and got repairs done that was needed through the warranty and saved my time too that I had to invest in getting the repairs completed, I appreciate his helpfulness. After the repairs my dell laptop is at higher clock speed. Anna is Amazing very helpful all the time. I Would recommend Mudra for any IT / Laptop/ computers related services.

Excellent service!! My laptop is as good as new now. I had heating issues where temperatures were reaching 95degC, now after servicing the temperatures are around 60degC, which is a too good difference.
