Mudit Gems & Jewels - Jewelry store in Secunderabad - Hyderabad, India

Both the husband and wife in this so-called jewelry store are freeloaders who don't respect their customers. They sell cheap quality chains at high prices. I purchased a chain from them, but after using it for only two weeks, the color had already faded. It was the worst quality chain I have ever seen. When I asked for an explanation or an exchange, they were unhelpful and refused to cooperate. I strongly advise against buying from this store. There are many good jewelry shops in Hyderabad that offer much better quality and service.

Owner doesn't seem to be interested in business.. was busy in personal meeting and asked 2 customers to go back ...surprised

Very bad experience, I bought semi precious beads for 4500 rupees but it was not even worth 1500 rupees.

Owner doesn't know how to deal with customers.
