An accidental find while driving by, this poorly maintained edifice is now just a great fort wall with a moat full of rain water. Try to spend a few minutes if you are nearby.

It was an accidental drive through but the grandness of the fort was evident

It's very old historical place located in Lingasaguru Taluq. Till the day we can see all the good condition fort and mussels.

The fort was well built and stands incredibly beautiful even after centuries. My friend belong to this place. He narrated it was constructed during Krishdevarayar's period. It was built to protect the border of his kingdom. This place is a village and you cannot even locate a good restaurant. But it is not well maintained, that's the most saddest part. If you expect to see palace or museums inside it, just shatter those thoughts. You can only find residents there. Visit the place when you come across the region.

It's not good place to visit it a village built in the fortress so it's like a village from inside . But there are small place of fort left where you can click pics
