Mudapuzha Mini Dam - Reservoir in Kizhakkummuri - Thrissur, India

One of the best mini dam in Kerala. Now it is well clean and protected by mudapuzha arts and sports club(masc). Good place for swimming.

Worst Place Ever . The Place looks like A gutter . I can't imagine it being a Dam. I don't know how you people think it is a good place . Never visit this Dam . No Cleanliness . No Boating . NOTHING.....

Don't expect more, This is not a tourist area and not pure water by full season. You can just enjoy calm and quiet... Please enquire before your plan

It is a small dam for irrigation purpose. A good place to visit during rainy season. Dam shutter remains closed all other seasons and you may not find it interesting if you visit during summer. There is a pedal boat facility available, handled by the mudapuzha arts and sports club.

Beautiful place. It's a small dam. Now it's not clean. Water is full of grass and aquatic plants. Older days people used to bathe in there. We can go under the shutter. The water flows through the mini dams travel through green paddy fields. It's a beauty of nature!!!

Great ambience and good place to swim and bath..but local government should take step to protect the dam and surrounding. However great effort taken by local guys to clean the dam... really appreciate the team work.
