Nice place on the highway that serves snacks like fries, sandwiches, rolls and beverages. We had filter coffee and maggie. Both were tasty. Service is good and they have very clean washroom facilities also

Hi team, Yesterday I had been to Mudcups - this is not first time visit as well but last couple of times I had tough situations to deal with orders while placing and after placing. They dont even bother to cater your request you need to keep following up to what you have placed. We went there to spend peaceful time after hectic office hours, it actually ruined my thoughts decided not to go ever. When customer service is not good I dont think it can sustain any business unless or until staffs are trained on this aspect sooner they will witness the downfall. Would not recommend anyone to visit or experience this nightmare. Worst Service - ended up giving single star as there is no provision for negative stars.if it is there it deserves it. Adding photos here for your ref; Person in the photo is who did not bother cater the request and it was very unfriendly situation to leave that place by ruining the day.

The ambience and place was good food is worth for the money and if you need some open fresh air you can prefer here

Such a bad experience I have ever had. It is located in Tamil Nadu area and they are depending the people here for their business. But all the staffs are from other locality they don't even understand what we are saying. They have power socket for their customers in each table. I requested them to switch on the power socket but they denied my request. Then what is the use of those power socket. I was begging then to switch on the power socket..but they didn't. I personally requesting to remove power socket..

Worst experience... Ordered paneer momo's and this guy fried the momos in oil instead of steam cooking. Also for this 4piece they charged 100rs. Never try anything here expect chai and coffee.. not my first time getting disappointed by their service..

Good quality of Food and Variety. Orders are often mixed up with others, they are unaware to organize orders, just randomly process orders. Price is high.

At that time of visit, atmosphere worst looks, due to drainage smell and not done for table cleaning etc., Delayed food preparation. Billing time also getting late.
