The packaging was too good. One of the most beautiful packages I had ever seen. Better than any other big hotels group! Overall the taste of the food was quite good ... it was bit spicy overall, things should little according. Not unnecessary spice.... Little but not happy with burger overall we are happy will be ordering again
Had my first visit to the mudcafe, atmosphere is cool and calm with little addition of music making it a perfect place to chill out and enjoy food.
Now coming back to food and service.
Sevice was bit delayed, you have to keep checking for your food until it is served.
I had ordered Arrabbiata Penne pasta, quantity was sufficient for 2 people (not as proper meal), taste was also fresh and tangy, the only thing that was missing was the bread that is served with the pasta (I have ordered the same pasta few days later, received 2 breads). Overall my first visit was good and I will consider many more in future.
I really liked this place at first glance but beauty attracts only, not much satisfied with this cafe. Ambience was good but the service was too bad according to the place.They dont have proper utensils for serving and plates aren't cleaned at first place. Pointing waiters for everything had been done. We ordered some dishes like alfredo pasta, veggie pizza, nachos, choclate Belgian shake.

Shake was good I enjoyed it alot but other things was not up to d mark.

Yes i love mud shake but mud cafe was okay okay I don't know why they haven't allowed us to go on top. I'll try again to go there. Yes Food was yummy as always but there was less items and mud shake. The prices are high yes but but the quantity was too good and worth it. So is an amazing place to hangout with friends. It would be better if staff members behave more properly (politely) not only with specific people.

Ambience was nice. Services were little bit slow. Currently they are not providing dine-in in their rooftop place. Ordered chilli cheese dragon rolls, Paneer schezwan noodle and black current mojito which was extremely delicious.
I am going to share my genuine experience of today. Yes mark the date 24/09/23 and it was one of the MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. Starting with the food, the white sauce pasta was bland really bland and the quantity was so less according to the price they fool you with the huge bowls which barely have density its literally like a plate, the momos were okay, we had to ask for our ordered coffee thrice but it never came (poor service), we cancelled it however one of staff members came down to say its ready so we had to take it.
One of the staff members was continuously STARING and even turned off the AC which we had to turn on later because it was too hot. They took away the pasta bowl, (even though it had pasta left and WE DID NOT ASK TO CLEAN THE TABLE YET). The coffee came when the food was over and while we were half way through finishing it, some more people came and the staff members claimed that "This table is going to be empty soon" so that the people don't leave. Horrible how they never asked if we intended to stay longer or have anything else yet they claimed so on our behalf. The next moment they got us the bill (AGAIN WE NEVER ASKED FOR IT YET ) like they were so desperate for us to leave. POOR TREATMENT, SLOW SERVICE, WASTAGE OF FOOD. PERIOD
They don't have basic service etiquettes. Ordered drinks along with Pasta....waited for 15 mins and no drinks served. Drinks were served after the food was finished. Will not recommend this cafe to anyone. They can't handle the customers.
