MTH womens hospital - Government hospital in Indore - Indore, India

I can't tell in 17 days, what kind of situation have I gone through, on 26th October my wife had c-section in Martatv hospital and after 1 day of discharge on 30th, she started feeling worried, on 31st of October we went to MTH hospital. was admitted, but after all the investigation it was found out that there was hematoma in the body and blood flow was continuing and operation would have to be done again. I was very worried about this information and went back to Dr. Mamta Bansal Ma'am's hospital, I would like to thank you Head of gynecologist department MTH Dr. Sumitra Yadav ma'am who assured me that in MTH would have the best operation and treatment, the entire team made a lot of efforts and today my wife is getting discharged, I am deeply thankful to Dr. sumitra yadav Ma'am, Dr vibha ma'am,Dr surbhi ma'am and entire doctor's team of MTH hospital.

It is not clean as hospital should be, the staff and doctors are very rude ,very few doctors addresses properly, in case of emergency your taken for granted, there is long and time consuming line for even silly things, no system no rules and regulations, very less comfort no proper facilities there is no comfort for patients,no matter how hard they are suffering. Bathroom are in the worst condition , no fan in the corridor, there is not even a single water filter in the hospital.

Dosctors are good ..but there is some.issue ..every staf of security .. want money .. every one

Doctors do not treat well and behave badly. Also the staff doesn't listen to anything. Despite being a hospital for women, they do not treat women well. it's a bad hospital The doctors here also impose work on each other.

Dear MTH Management, The quality of toilet is very poor, there is only one toilet on one floor, that too western and maximum people do not know how to use it, due to which there is lack of cleanliness. Please change it to Indian toilet and the emphasis should be on cleanliness, besides toilet related instructions should also be displayed there Apart from this, daily cleaning is done on the ground floor, due to which the guards and people have to be disturbed, people insist to go inside and the guards do not let go. Due to which both the people have to face trouble, so please have the presence of a floor cleaning machine. And all this is my humble request to you because other services of the hospital are very good and we should improve the shortcomings so that we can become better.

Please dont go at this hospital it have very poor service i lost my nephew at this hospital because of the nurses and staff. They does not give any proper treatment to pregnant ladies. Most of the nurses are on training and experience doctor are not available in this hospital. Cleaning experience very poor . Overall i give rate 0 (very very poor). Dont admit here your wife, sister and daughter etc from this hospital and save to be your future child and family.
