MTDC Resort, Panshet - Resort hotel in Panshet - Pune, India

The property is well located by the water . But unfortunately it is so badly maintained . An old musty smell is what welcomes you as u take a round in the corridors. So is the state of the restaurant and adjoining wash area . The government and the staff could make this place into a paradise and make good profits if there was a will . Unfortunately either of the stake holders are interested ,as is always the case in India. I did a recce to find out about the place , don't think I will take a chance to stay.

Its Govt property you get the feel, Room cost are okok. You need your own vehicle to reach this place, no frequent transport available. Good place to relax with friends , family. AC, Non AC, Executive rooms are good & spacious. Good location & interiors are also good but needs to be maintained nicely. Food was tasty but services gets closed early. Near by you have boating , adventures, go for a walk. You will not get anything else so you need to carry of your own stuff(munching food, soft drinks, paste, brush) . They have conference rooms available. Greenery, swimming pool n solar systems needs to be maintained.

Rooms are huge. Could be a great experience if maintained properly. Service was barely there. Restaurant menu was too limited but whatever was there was delicious. Worn out towels and what not. Just because of location this is getting 3 stars

Very poorly kept Resort. It's situated at a good location but the infrastructure is in bad shape. The restaurant ambience is discouraging. Paint has come off the walls. Walls are damp. Seating and furniture is not modern. Hardly anything on the menu. MTDC needs to pull up it's shoes, undertake some renovation and give it to professionals to run.

Good quite place with water view on both side. Food good. Complimentary breakfast not served here, even though mentioned on booking site. Should start complimentary breakfast(at least limited) as it is a negative feedback for MTDC because some MTDC resorts serve complimentary breakfast and some do not, it should be same every where. MTDC premises should be maintained more, with lot of renovation pending.

Excellent location with a dam on either side. Walkable distances to the backwaters. In the midst of nature. Very spacious rooms. Decent amenities. Good service. Tasty food. Liked the 3d map in the common area.

Non refundable booking is really disappointing!! In case of emergency you won't be able to change anything at any cost! Hence this is not very customers friendly. Maintenance is also an issue, Swiming pool was not maintained, and food quality at canteen is also not good at the same time too costly.

Very large property with the most Rooms in the Panshet area, swimming Pool available. Rooms are in very good condition, do try local food instead of Paneer.
